"Problems Into Opportunities" is our next Group Repatterning which will take place on Tuesday, Feb. 8th from 7:30 to 9:30pm, at the Harmony and Balance Center.

Identify a problem you are having and the story you tell yourself or others about your problem. Learn to recognize facts from fiction in your story. Stop resonating with your problem and transform your attitude, enabling you to discover resources and overcome challenges.

• $20 per person

• Bring a friend who has not attended a previous group session and I will give you both a $5.00

It is not necessary to make a reservation, but it helps me to set the room up in advance.
