Group Sprint Triathlon Training and Repatterning Program

I am excited to announce that I am putting together a new kind of Group Repatterning. I have combined two of my favorite health modalities, training for, and completing, a short "sprint" triathlon ( for our physical well-being) and Resonance Repatterning ( for our mental well-being).

I was a running coach for the Austin Fit Marathon Training Group and have completed a half-dozen sprint triathlons, five marathons and dozens of 30k and half-marathons. I took a break from competing in races to focus on my Alternative Health Practice and now that my business is doing well I am ready to combine my two passions.

About Repatterning

If you have not experienced a Resonance Repatterning or a Group Repatterning, please go to services.life-spotter.com to get a better understanding of how repatternings will help you remove mental and emotional blocks, change your perspective and enable you to set and achieve goals giving you a higher sense of balance and well-being.

In the Group Repatterning we will uncover and transform issues in your life that block you from living your full potential in yourself, in your relationships, at work and mostly in your vital health. Anything going on in your personal or professional life can interfere with your training and prevent the best possible outcome at the triathlon. Eliminating those blocks will help you maximize your potential in the race and every aspect of your life will benefit.

About The Program

This will be an eight-week program with a weekly two-hour Group Repatterning on Monday nights and a two-hour Saturday morning group training session. Participants will be provided a simple schedule to train on their own during the week resulting in a total time commitment of a maximum of only seven hours a week. The program will start on Saturday June 5th and finish with the race on Sunday August 1st. See below for more details on locations, times etc.

This program is designed for everyone, first time triathletes or those who have already done a triathlon and want to improve their results. If you can run, swim and ride a bike and follow a training program, you can finish a sprint, regardless of your pace or skill level. For training sessions, I will provide route maps and if you want to run or bike ahead, feel free to do so. I will always be in the back of the group to support, encourage and pull up the rear.

Our Training Schedule

The 1st week of training is listed below and will require 2 ½ to 3 ½ hours total training. We will add time to our training gradually each week making the 6th and 7th week 4 to 4 ½ hours of training. The last week we'll taper off to a 3 hour workout week to rest up for the triathlon.

The Triathlon

We will be doing the beginner-friendly Jack's Generic Triathlon (www.jacksgenerictri.com) on Sunday August 1st. It is a 500 meter (1/3 mile) swim, 13.8 mile bike and a 3.1 mile run. It is a fun triathlon and great if this is your first tri. It is held at the Texas Ski Ranch off I-35 near New Braunfels. For those of you who not fond of open water swimming we can repattern around your fear and there are people in kayaks life-guarding on the small, man-made lake so you can swim up to and grab hold of their boat to catch your breath or rest.

The Basic Things You'll Need

You'll need a bike, certified helment, swim goggles, swim suit, running shoes and water bottles. You don't need a fancy road bike. The great staff at Jack and Adams Triathlon say they have seen people on mountain bikes, road bikes and every bike imaginable competing in this beginner-friendly triathlon. It just needs to be road worthy.

Your Investment

Eight Group Repatternings plus eight weeks of coaching $200.00. (due May 31)

Additional costs:
Registration Fee for Triathlon $ 85.00.
One Day USA Triathlon Fee $ 10.00
( This race is sanctioned by USA Triathlon. It is the official governing body for triathlons in the US and will be maintaining order and safety for the event.)

I am limiting the group to no more then 8 people. Please call 512-947-6115 or email me at groups@life-spotter.com as soon as you have decided to make the commitment.

I have to say that one of the most rewarding experiences I have had in my life is training and completing a race. It built more than confidence in me, it made me feel I can do anything I put my mind to. An even more rewarding experience for me was coaching and watching others train and complete a race, and seeing them experience the exhilaration and sheer pleasure of accomplishing something they put their time and work into. Adding Group Resonance Repatterning to a goal like a race... Wow! The Sky's The Limit!

If you have any other questions call 512-947-6115 or email me at groups@life-spotter.com. I am happy to be of service to you

As we say in racing... “See You At The Finish Line”

Lauren
