Hello Friends,

I am offering a series of 4 Holiday Group Repatternings at the wonderful Casa de Luz, beginning Wednesday, November 18th, 2009. The sessions are every other Wednesday, from 7-9 pm. (We will skip the week between Christmas and New Years, moving the 4th Group Repatterning to January 6th 2010.)

For the holidays, I chose specific repatternings that will help us deal with the sometimes overwhelming stress of family functions, travel and economic burdens associated with the season. You can come to one or all. Here's the schedule, details are listed below.

Holiday Group Repatternings

• Wednesday November 18th : Abundance Repatterning
• Wednesday December 2nd: Co-dependence Repatterning
• Wednesday December 16th: Struggle for Power Repatterning
• Wednesday January 6th : Balancing Give and Take Repatterning

Doing group work harnesses the power of the “collective us” -- we can do it, we can cooperate, we can combine our talents, ideas and abilities and create something greater together. It stands on its own in empowering us all, or is a wonderful complement to individual work as well.

Abundance Repatterning

Balancing Give and Take Repatterning

• Avoid energy depletion, anger and depression associated with an imbalance of give and take in relationships


• Learn to view "taking" as "receiving" allowing you to feel less vulnerable and less indebted.
